6 hard boiled eggs1 ripe avocado1/4 C. mayonnaise1 T. dijon mustard1 t. Original Mansmith’s Grilling Spice1 t. Mansmith’s Chipotle Lime
Remove yolks from eggs and put into a mixing bowl.Remove pit from avocado and spoon half of avocado into mixing bowl.Add mayonnaise, mustard, and Original Grilling Spice.Mix all ingredients to a fine mash.Fill egg whites with mixture and finish by sprinkling with Chipotle Lime.
In a hurry? Instead of making meatballs, make “meat cubes”. Spread meat mixture in a jelly roll pan and bake, then just cut meat into squares.
